Is it hard work getting into pointe shoes?

Question: Is it hard work getting into pointe shoes!?

i've seen ballerina's in pointe shoes and while they were putting it on it looks kind of hard can you please tell me what to do and is it hard and is the new capezio shoes without the ribbon safe!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

getting onto pointe takes a lot of strength, perseverence,and dedication!. the actual putting pointe shoes on is not difficult- not any harder than a high heel!! ;) ribbons add extra support and safty and i think feel more comfortable!. i would recomment starting with ribbons, however pointe shoes without ribbons are safe as long as the elastic is tight!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it's not hard at all!. You just slip your foot in, and tie the ribbons around your ankle!.

As long as the pointe shoe has elastics on it, it's fine to wear!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
