What do you think about mixing different styles of dance?

Question: What do you think about mixing different styles of dance!?

I'm interested in incorporating some bellydance moves into my salsa shines and I was wondering if anyone else had done anything similar!.

I'd also like to know what people's opinions of mixing dance styles are in general and also what experience they have had of mixing styles!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Great idea!! You can totally mix in elements of one style of dancing with another!. All the the really creative dancers do this!.

I think the key is to give the bellydance moves a latin flavor with the arm or foot movements!. You don't want the bellydance moves to look like they're just pasted in there!. If you add them in when you can get a smooth flow from the traditional salsa to the new moves, then it will look super!!
