Question: Handglide before windmill!? (Bboying)!?
Should i master handgliding b4 i start learning windmill!?

also, I can seem to hold the handglide position for long

From my experience, it would be more useful if you learn how to do the basic freeze (baby freeze) first before you do the windmilll!. The handglide position is like the watered-down version of this freeze!. Anyhow, the most useful exercise is to do push-ups, about 20-50 (depending on what you're comfortable with) every other day, but this is not necessary!. After stretching well, just by practicing the handglide/freeze/windmill will help build the relevent muscles you need!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
