Question: How do you get more flexible!?
I have never been flexible but I want to!. I take dance and for my dance routine I have to be flexible for it to look good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have my middle splits, right splits, bowen arrow, left splits and i can do like everything but what I did is I would push my self to a limit!. um I take dance too and my dance teacher would litterly sit on us lol and I practiced laying in second so my legs were out and my stomache was on the ground watching t!.v!. It doesn't matter if you are or not as long as you practice!. practice makes perfect!. and I would just lay in your splits starting with like 20 seconds and add on time every day and just keep working you'll get there =]

good stretching daily!. start lightly to warm up your muscles then really start to push yourself!. And really hold your stretches (about 30 seconds each)!. you should feel a slight stretch in the muscle before you start counting!. this should take about 15-20 minutes each day!. Keep to a routine to help!. make sure to stretch everything!. and cool down when you are done!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The only way really is to practice, practice makes perfect, stretch everyday, and breathing exercises help!. Which is take a deep breath in and breath out, and go down fyrther, it really dose help, u have to melt into it when u breath out, i am not saying that u will go all the was done (lets say ur in a v leg position) But u should get alittle bit further, do this over everyday, stretch for a good 15-30 min, when i was learning splits, i sat in front of the tv for 30-60 min in split position and i eventually learned it, it heart, and i came out of it alot, but it was my determination!. well i was born flexibile so I don really know what to say but these little stretching excersises open yuor legs wide open stretch from right to left make sure your chin touches your knee and go stretch all the way down to the ground where your chest touches the floor

practice everyday, when in ur splits, hold it there with ur hips square for 2 minutes everyday!. stretch a lot and also eat fish!. it helps w/ flexibility and memory!. ya!. idk wat to say now!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
