Small narrow ballet shoes?

Question: Small narrow ballet shoes!?

i've grown out of my old flat ballet shoes for the most part, but when i went back to all the dance stores to get a new pair they were all out and none of the other shoes had my size or width!. anyone know where i can find maybe a website for custom made ones or a style of flat canvas and leather ballet shoes for narrow feet (about size 5 in length of a street shoe)!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I know that Sansha leather flats are pretty narrow and run in small sizes-I've had them before!.
There's also Blcoh, Capezio, So Danca!.
