Question: How do I get my split down in two weeks!?
My dance recital is in two weeks and I have to do a split for the finale but I'm still a foot off the floor!. I've procrastinated too long in asking this, but please help if you can! I really really need to get my split down in two weeks or less!Www@QuestionHome@Com

stretch !. first warm up and do some normal stretching!. the sit on the floor and spread your legs aswide as possible!. lean your torso over your right or left leg and try to get your chin to toutch your knee!. dont bend your legs!. keep going everyday until you can do it!. but dont go to far to soon or it will hurt!. alot!.

Keep practising like EVERY night, keep stretching muscels too
It really helps your muscels get used to it
And once you can do splits keep practising every so often other wise your muscels get tight, and will not be used to doing splits!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Do the whole hot bath thing and stretch a lot!. Be careful to not pull anything because it really hurts!. When you are down in your splits, hold it for ten seconds, push down farther, and then release!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Do the splits when you wake up, in the middle of the day and before you go to bed!. Your body will get used to it and you should go down a little further each time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
it is all about stretching!. stretch as much as you can everday, couple times a day, and keep doing it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

stretch, hold each split for 30 seconds atleast 3 times per day!. good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
