I don't think it is stupid!. I took it up when I was 39 years old!. My daughter just competed in her first school feis and loves it, too!. It is a great way to meet a lot of interesting people and keeps your heart healthy, too!. I know a few people who compete for Australia in Irish and have been to a few comps!. I've also learned a couple of hardshoe routines which I could actually do because of my tap background!. The person that taught me I think was #4 in the world at that time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
