First of all your going to have to stretch every single day!. And I mean heavy duty stretching!.
The way I learned how to do the splits was by sitting on the floor with my legs as far apart in a v shape as possible!. Then, i would walk my hands out and use them to pull me up!. If you do that every day for long enough you'll find yourself slowly getting into the splits!.
Flexibility is all about stretching also!. Depending on where you want to become flexible will depend on what types of stretches you need to do!.
Run a search on your search engine for stretching and you should find all kinds of descriptions of different stretches and what they do!. Or you can send me an email and I can send you the papers I use to teach my students about stretching!.
After you've stretched and warmed up each day, practice your kicks!. You'll notice them slowly getting higher and higher!.
If you have questions, drop me an email and I can help you more!. I could talk about this stuff for days! hahaWww@QuestionHome@Com
