Question: Whats the difference between between RAD and ISTD ballet examinations!?

im doing the ISTD ballet examinations at the moment, but my teacher is moving me to RAD!. whats the difference!? is one harder than the other!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

RAD is world wide known and is probably the better syllabus!.

RAD is FANTASTIC! I really like all the exercises and dances!. The music is great too, it was composed to suit the steps not the other way round so it really does flow!.

its just a diffrent exam board its like at school some schools do AQA and some do OCR its just a diffrent board u will probably find that there will be some diffrences between the two but u should be fine cos ur teacher will start you at the right grade that ur at RAD iv heard is harder!. i do IDTA and BATD so i do 2 boards at the same time there isnt much diffrence between the 2 and most of the time idk which board the work is from lolWww@QuestionHome@Com
