Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: What my dance teacher recomends is to put some calamine lotion on them to clean them!. It seriously works!. You should try it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com How did your pointe shoes get dirty from your taps!? Did you wear the same pair of tights for both!? You can rub calamine lotion on them, just apply a little bit to a cotton bud and DAB on!. Try not to rub it in!. Less is more with calamine lotion!. Wait for it to dry before you dance in them!. In the future you might want to use pointe shoe covers which will keep your shoes a nice shiny pink colour while still dancing in them!.
