Question: I need to get flexible fast!!?

every night while you are watching tv, stretch for at least 20-30 minutes!. do simple things like sitting on the ground with your right leg out and left leg in and try and lay your body across your right leg!. then do the same for your left leg!. do lunges out to the front and side!. also, sit down and try and get your legs out to your sides as far as possible, then stretch your arms out and try and grab your feet/lay your body across the ground!. it took me about 2 months to be able to do the splits!. and also, do not try and do them everyday!. every other day or so, try and go down into them, one day!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.they will just happen! good luckWww@QuestionHome@Com

Theres not really a non painful way to be flexible!.!.
but you can reach your goal quickly if you stretch!.!.

stretching loosens up your muscles!.!. making it less stiff and flexible!.!. gymnasts and dancers stretch most of there free time especially gymnasts!.!.
you wont be able to become flexible in 2 days!.!. it takes time for your muscles to loosen up and stretch out!.!.

Firstly!.!. before you try any sort of stretching make sure you warm up!!!.!. you can run, jump, dance, skip!.!. etc!. until you start to slightly sweat!.!.
when you warm up more blood flows to your muscles so you can stretch better and therefore become flexible!.!.!!

You need to find a list of stretches!.!. it takes about 30 seconds for your muscles to start stretching so you need to hold for 1-2 mins!.!.
Stretching is painful!.!. but NEVER overdo stretching!.!. you can hurt yourself!!

if you want to be flexible and do the splits!.!.!. you'll need to do things like the v sit, 4 stretch, buttlerly stretch, etc!.
you can get these stretches from googling the phrase
"Flexibility to the max splits in 3 weeks"

The more you stretch the faster you'll be flexible!!

Well, stretching and such exercises as yoga will help making you more flexible!. Dancing in general can make you more flexible, which I assume you are interested in since you posted this in the Dancing section!? I belly dance, and I can think of no other dance off of the top of my head (besides hula or even ballet) that can make you flexible in the hips, back, arms, etc!.

stretch! stretch! stretch!

practice several times a day
its going to be kind of painful!. don't push yourself too hard then you won't be able to practice and won't get any further!.

also could be harder or easier than the next girl because some people are more flexible than others naturally!.

All you have to do is think of flexable moves to do then hold the position of where you are at for a couple of minutes and you will aprove or you could stretch but i would do both :) well definiatly stretch before you do it :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

all u can do is stretch everyday, like splits!. I'm naturally flexible, but many of friends aren't!. there is no real quick fix, but do about half an hour a day!. but warm up first!. otherwise u will get hurt!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
