Question: How to be in a perfect split!?
i need a fast way i have a big performance for dancing coming up and a split is requiered and any other flexability moves would be great thx

Okay, so like everyone else said, stretch a lot!.

If you have enough time in a day then you can just do the splits while watching t!.v!. or something and hold it there and you will eventually get lower!. (make sure you warm up first to not injure yourself)!.

If you do not have that much time, then maybe every day like after school you can lie down on your back and lift one of your legs and pull your leg(or pants) toward you!.

Another way is when you are at home you can put one of your feet on a stool or chair and then slide the other foot back so you do the split, then hold it there for a minute or so and you will instantly see a difference!.

Um I know how to do a back walk-over!.

Go into a back bridge and get on your tippy toes, then kick up one foot and bring up the other and try to make it to the other side, as you get more comfortable it'll look more gracefulWww@QuestionHome@Com

Well i know how to do the splits bolth ways it is always good to stretch and eat appropiatly runing is a good thing to stretch out the legs hope this helps and another move is the twist flip

i can do a split!! just keep practicing everyday!! stay in the split for like 2 minutes striaght as far as u can get down!. u will eventually get it!!!! good luck!! =]Www@QuestionHome@Com

stretch A LOT! and do many exercises 2 help on ur flexibility!. aslo u culd always cheat if there is a way!. good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
