Question: Need to learn the splits FAST!!!!?!?!?
on my application 4 dance team i wrote that i could do the splits b cuz i thought i could get it down by tryouts, but, O NO tryouts R in 5 days and still no splits!. HELP ME! i'm sooo close!Www@QuestionHome@Com

You have to be warmed up really well, go running or cardio for at least ten minutes have a Hot steaming shower, then do 20 minutes of stretches in the morning and do 1 hour of stretching in the evening!. Careful though now use getting a pulled muscle or ligament!. If you have work to do at home!. Read it upside down, with your tail bones against the wall, back on the floor, open your legs and leave then as wide as possible for ages!.The good Pain is the answer!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well you can't "learn" the splits but you can do stretches to get your legs into splits!. When you are watching tv or have extra time, stretch into the splits, and since you are not exactly completely down on your splits, don't forget to keep your legs straight when you do this particular stretch!. It does not help to have both or either one of the legs bent and be struggling with it, so keep both your legs straight and be directly above the ground without your legs or your butt popping up or there would be no point in doing the stretch!.

don't worry i have a solution!. when you try to fall into the splits before you do have a friend put a pillow under your middle part and when you have them have them pull it out and just fall in2 them its easy!. be4 you do make sure you stretch out your legs cuz if you don't you could pull a muscle and could injure yourself!.

The best thing you can do is stretch a lot!. It helps to also be under intense heat as your muscles and joints will be more willing to give!.

Try bikram yoga!.

Truly flexible people need to stretch, and it is forced!. Rhythmic gymnasts, circus contortionists, dancers etc!. I wouldn't recommend hurting yourself for it because it's probably not worth it, but you will need to stretch 24/7!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you need to like reallyyyy stretch before you attempt to do them because if you dont, trust me its not happening!.
