would an at home instruction video on ballet be sufficient, or should I partner it with ballet classes, to help get the figure!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you just want the long, lean muscular look, you can do pilates for the same effect!.

My mom doesn't dance, but she totally looks like does from doing pilates every day!. There are tons of pilates dvds & you can also go to studios!.

I love dancing, so I take classes!. You could either take them or do a video!. You could also try installing a barre & just doing the barre exercises!. My dad put one in a guest room for me a couple of years ago, and I don't think it was v expensive or hard to do!. If you don't have hardwood floors already down you could probably just get like a big piece from Home Depot or something!.

I use mine everyday!.

If you aren't interested in ballet at all- just get a video!.
Calf lifts, bending your knees, and (controlled) kicks will help you in the mean time!. For arms, you can just do push ups or tiny arm circles for a minute or two!. (Arms out to your sides completely straight, and move them in a [TINY] circular motion) It won't hurt at first, but after two minutes!.!. :DWww@QuestionHome@Com
