Question: Dance help/windmills!.!?
Left hand on the ground, right elbow on my abs!.
So, I start to rock, and I bring and I bring my right leg up, and swing my left left under!.
Unfortunately, I can't make a smooth transition onto my forearm, and then roll onto my back, so when I start my first rotation, I end up basically collapsing on my back with a little bit of spin!.

What am I doing wrong!?
This is a counter-clockwise windmill by the way!. And when I get the mill down, can I just go into a headmill!?

My flares are pretty intense, but windmills are sweet!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

if you go counter clockwise, your left elbow goes in your abs not your right!. that's probably your only problem although don't expect to get them perfect just by switching your stabbing elbow- it's still gonna need some practice most likely!. it will, however, be easier for you!. as far as going into other types of mills after learning regulars- you won't be able to just magically do them!. like everything else, they're going to require some practice!.

best of luck :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
