Rumba Hustle Cha-chaWww@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Rumba and Cha have pretty much the same technique and count, except Rumba is slower!. If you learned one it'd be pretty easy to pick up the other, since a lot of the moves and technique in Rumba are the same as Cha cha, only slowed down, and vice versa!. I'd say learn Rumba first, because it's slower and therefore easier to pick up, and then why not learn Cha cha as well!? You'd already have all the moves and technique down from doing Rumba, which would make it easier to pick up the much faster pace of Cha cha!.
