Question: What should i be looking for in a dance studio!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
-reputable teachers (they don't need to be certified as long as they have professional experience)
-they shouldn't focus only on performing and comps
-the teacher should be a bit strict with the older kids and easier on the younger ones, and she/he should seem like they really know their stuff
-marley flooring, NOT wood, as that can be dangerous (think slipping on the wood or getting shin splints from jumps)
-not terribly cheap but not super expensive
-some form of a dress code, like no jewelry, no excessive makeup, proper dance wear, etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If the students are focused, have good technique, treat their teacher with respect, and are dressed in proper ballet attire, you know you've found a good school!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
