Question: Quick Fix For Splits!!?
I need to do the splits really fast! I need some stretches that will help me to do the splits quickly and easily!Www@QuestionHome@Com

The splits are only fun after you have them all the way!. To help yourself get them, first warm up in a hot bath!. This will make your muscles more loose!. After the bath find a place that you can stretch!. Do some easy stretches first like touch ing your toes and sitting in a butterfly!. DON'T just hop right into your splits! You could tear a muscle!. Now get into the splits as far as you can go!. I find it helpful to take a deep breath in and as you slowly breathe out, feel your body sinking closer to the floor!. Do this for a couple of minutes on each leg and see the improvement!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have two main stretches!.(Not for box splits)
1: bend the leg that is going to be at the back and put the front leg forward, a little bit like a lunge!. Then put your nose to the front knee if you can reach! You should feel it on the back of the thigh!. Carry on doing that until it feels comfortable and try going down slowly!. You might get down there faster than you think!
Another way is to go down into Lotus position with your knees on the floor, and then lean forward whilst keeping you back straight!. You sort of 'push forward, or rock over' on you backside!. You will feel it on the inside of your thighs!. Then do the same procedure as for the other stretch!. Hope it helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com

first warm up by running in place for like maybe 2 min!. or a little bit more untill you start getting warm !. you do this so when you start stretching , it wil be more easier because when youre not stretched you will be more sore than if you didn't!.!.!.!.wow i hope that made sense!.

1!.bend over to touch your toes!.
[hold for about 15 sec!.]

2!.do runner stretch on left and on right
[about 10 sec!.]

3!.have legs spread apart while standing and try to connect your nose to your knee , do this on both sides!.

4!. get to straddle position or sitting down with your legs making a v, and try to get your nose to touch the floor!.

5!. now do a jazz split which is one leg is behind and the other is straight!. try to touch your knee with your nose!.

6!.your now probably ready for your split, when your doing your split try to sit on it, and there you go a split!.;D


and remember point your toes!!!!!!

i can do splits [vertically]!. some stretches:
~lie down!. hold your heel, straighten the leg up, and slowly bring it to your chest as far as you can!. do this for both legs!.
~sit down, spread ur legs out so they're shaped like a V!. try making ur elbows touch the floor!. then, ur head!. then, ur whole chest [this takes time]
basically, just stretch a lot!Www@QuestionHome@Com

When you're watching tv, every time a commercial comes on sit in a split until it's over!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
