I started taking hip hop dance classes today!. I didn't dance tho, I just watched because a camera crew from a local television channel came by today so they were going over some previous choreography they had learned before!. I was in awe when I saw some of the things they can do like front walkovers, back walkovers, handstands, one handstands, one hand cartwheels, the works!. I can't even do a proper cartwheel, what can I do to 'step up my game' before I go back to classes next week!? Are there any exercises I can do to gain flexibility, balance and muscle strength!? Please comment, thnx!.
