stretch every day!. what i do is i stretch for the length of 4 songs!.

or i stretch during every commercial break of my fave show!.!.!.that way you get a break

ok so stretch your neck, (just move it left to right, up and down and do circles), your shoulder (just move your shoulders back / forward like circles), waist, (Move your waist back and fourth right to left but dont move your legs at all), hips (Just do hip circles ahha), legs, (Stand shoulder width the part, bend over to your right leg as far as you can go, stay there for a few seconds, about 10, then move to the middle so both hands are on the ground in front of you or at least near the ground if you cant go that far ahha, then move to the left!. Do the same thing sitting!. just sit in a stradle and lean over and do the exact same thing!.) Your calfs, Stand shoulder width the part, put your hands on the ground in front of you, crawl forward with only your hands so you're standing in an upside down V kinda!. then do rises with your feet, it will stretch your calfs)!. Butt, (lye on your back, put your right foot on your left knee, and pull your left knee towards your chest!.!.!.do the same thing with other leg)!. back, (back bridges, leaning backwards, cat stretches, or lie on your stomach and try to touch your feet to your head)

then do kicks :)

Stretch everyday and remember to hold in not bounce!. My daughter isn't flexible so I have her do it everyday for 15 minutes!. Hold your stretch for 10 - 20 seconds and then try to go just a bit farther and hold for 5!. It hurts but its a quicker way you have to push yourself a little bit!. Just remember to do it everyday and don't bounce!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I stretch for 15 minutes every day, I do colorguard!. Like 10 of those minutes are stretches on my lower half, and I got to the point that I can actually do a split after only stretching like every day for about 2 weeks!. =]Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stretch!!!!!! Alot!
Do lunges, splits, and other stretches at least 30 minutes a day!.
