Question: Tumbling !?!?
okay!.!.!.!.when you first stared tumbling what did you do on the first day !?!?!? like did you go right into learning stuff like handsprings and walkovers !?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, when I first started we did stretches, warm up exercises and then some basic forward and back rolls!. Then we progressed to head stands and hand stands, mini cart wheels, bridges and splits, then to regular cart wheels and round offs!. After that stuff you start doing back beds and front and back walk overs, then hand springs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When I first started acro we skipped over stuff like rolls because everyone could do them!. We had spots at first, but we started with limbers, walkovers, and things like chest rolls, as well as basic stuff like cartwheels from day one!.

We did backbends as part fo our warm up, we just didn't need to focus on the small stuff!. Generally, things like rolls are taught in younger classes!.

We did handsprings (I think just front ones) that same year, within the first month or so!. It wasn't an issue, and we all had limbers and chest rolls, if not more, by the end of the year!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it depends how advanced you are!. Like if this is your FIRST FIRST time ever no no no you wont just start with handsprings and walkovers, those things take time/ trainingWww@QuestionHome@Com
