Question: Question about when i do a split!?
okay, when i do a strattle/center split, i have this pain in my right leg!.
like, it feels like it needs cracked or something!.
idk!. its kind of hard to explain!.
but, does that mean that i should stretch more when doing splits!.
or is there something wrong with my leg!?
or what!?lol

and sorry if this isn't in the right section!.

You should lean slightly forward as it puts a strain on your pelvis!.!.
this usually used to happen to me too!
What i did was i stretched for a while before going into the splits!.!. once i was in the splits i sat there for a while, while watching tv!.!. in the ads i'd get up and shake my legs out!

!.!. It could b because u arent stretching your legs thoroughly!.!. or maybe because you havent warmed up!.!.

also, dont just stretch ur hamstring!.!. you also need to stretch your gluteus, hamstring, calf, quads and groin!!

you probablly have a trapped nevre that why it hurt i cant do centre splits im terrible can almost do front though if its at your hip then it needs to get cheeked out by your doctor but if its at your knees it might be that you have them facing the wrong way should be up!

uhmm its just like in your hips!.!. it part of you bones still growing i have the same thing and iv been dancing for everrr and it still hurts like i cant even get my straddle it hurts soo bad and then itll pop and omgg its not worth getting the straddle lol !.!. i stick with just a regurlare splitt!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i think your body is still not used to splitting!. more training will eventually make the pain go away!.

If the paint is located near your knee you might have patela tendinitous!. If it is infact located near ur knee then get it checked by a doctor!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

thats just ur muscle!. its not used to that kind of stetching!. if you hold it for 30- 60 seconds, your muscle will have that flexibility!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i get that too!. its caused by either not straching enough, or bad mucles!.
