There are several Carmen Electra workout videos that you can find on Ebay!. I'm not sure if there is a pole video, but I know that there is a couple strip tease videos!. They are actually a workout!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

First of all, congrats on getting starting! Your first step is to find a pole for yourself!. Go to the x-pole website, they're simply the best! I have the removable 50mm that has both a spinning and static mode!. It even comes with a carying case and sets up in about 10 mins!. (you will need someone else and a ladder though)

To find classes, just start calling around to gyms and dance studios!. They may look down their nose at you, just keep trying!. Some places are getting a demand for chair and pole dancing and are just slow at getting started!. If that doesn' work for you, check out the local club scene and look for someone with moves you really like!. Once you have the pole at home, invite her over to help teach you!. If that's not for you, look online for youtube or instructional dvds!. I personally reccomend getting the in person instruction though because it's simply the best!. You can't ask a dvd a question!.!.!.lol

I took lessons for about three months and then got my own at home so now I watch youtube and such to get the new moves!. It can be painful, especially when you first try a new move!. At first your arms will be very sore! I could hardly move them for days after my first lesson!. You will have mystery bruises on your arms and legs from holds and sits!.!.!.lol

Best of luck! *kisses*Www@QuestionHome@Com
