Ballroom and Latin Dance Partners are so scarce, that if you find someone online, they are sure to be in another state or country, seperated from you by miles and miles!. The best is to advertise in local publications, send fax or email invites for try outs to other dance studios in your area, or just go to other studios and find a partner by scouting!.
