Question: What should dancers eat!?
im 13 and i want a dancer body, im not fat or anything i just want to look like a dancer and i want to be at my best dancing, and being healthy matters the most!

Hmmmm!. What do you mean by a dancer's body!. If you are not fat, what about your body is not like a dancer's!? In my mind, dancers are muscular and lean!. Being muscular is a matter of working out and dancing and eating just enough so that you are healthy but lean!. To be lean, low on carbs, low on fats and no refined sugar - and don't let yourself ever feel over full!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

eat healthy like fruits, vegetables, and drink water!. you can have sweets once in a while, but not too much!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Take a look at the food pyramid and follow the guide lines!. Go to a nutritionist to guide you according to your weight now and your height!. It is hard to say with out the info!. Even how much energy you use counts!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
