i always use good old loose lambs wool out of the box (or bag)!. ive been using it since i started at 12, and it works great! it also (so ive been told) helps your toes become stronger than using gel pads!. i would also tape a little bit in the beginning where u get blisters!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

try the bunheads ouch pouches!.

the gel pads are not thick enough for beginners!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I used to stuff mine with cotton balls!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i think i used to wear sansha brand toe pads!.!.!. at least that's the brand my toe shoes were!.
i thought that those worked pretty well, although you might want to put tape around your little toe in case the toe pad slips so you don't get blisters!.
and make sure to replace them as soon as they start to wear out!. they're useless if the cushion's goneWww@QuestionHome@Com
