if i'm thinking of the same thing you are, you're just going to push forward your knees, then your hips, then your stomach, then your chest, and then your shoulders and head!.

Dear Wannabe Body Roller,

stick your pelvis out, then follow with lower stomach, ribs, chest, neck, and finally head!. do it fast and it works!. dont try it all chopped up or you'll think your doing it wrong!. good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
