how do i get my legs up to 180 degrees in a switchleap!.!.!.any other pointers!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

You need to have pretty strong legs! okay! When you Jump for your leap you're going to want to be up high, don't worry about lengnth right now, you want to have as much time as possible so you can switch!. also make your first leap smaller so you can really swing your legs up!. make sure you pay attention to your back leg, alot of people tend to only swing thier front leg or swing their front leg harder then the back!. Everyone tends to concentrate on getting their legs up, which is only half the work!. You need to use your plie' and don't concentrate too much on the switch!. Using arms correctly can enforce an atractive mechanism on the opposite force of your legs and they will help you get higher which will also give you enough time to do that switch in the air better!. This also works in switch seconds and switch tilts
