My boyfriend and I both work a lot and he's in the city and I'm in the suburbs!. During the week, we've decided we'd love to start taking general couple's dance lessons or small group classes both to improve both of our very VERY basic skills and to have something fun that we can share regularly together!. However, the sheer number of studios in the suburbs and the city as well as the daunting task of sifting through all of them is overwhelming me!. I would love to hear your opinions, recommendations, and places NOT to try when it comes to weeknight evening adult ballroom private lessons and/or small group classes!. 2 important key points though: I would prefer firsthand recommendations AND they cannot be extremely expensive (i!.e!. Arthur Murray--500 dollars for four lessons!? Oy!)!.
