Get a good head start and throw ur legs up into a leap, toes pointed, knees slightly bent and bring your head back to your back foot with arms forward and back!. Practice is the only thing thats going to make this look good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's easy I'm 12 and I can do it!. You do a shaneia (I can't spell it!.) Then you do a leap like a kind of turning leap!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
