Question: A freeze for breakdancing!?

i learned how to do the pop-up from the floor to back on my foot!. im about to perform in front of a crowd and my teacher for breakdacing wants me to add like a freeze or something or a little more after, what should i do for some next moves!?

I think you mean kip-up!. Don't worry i used to say pop up too!. Lol!.

I suggest quick elbow freeze!.
Or:
Baby Freeze
Turtle Freeze
Headstand Nike Freeze (Or if up to it, headstand nike freeze)
Air Chair (If you can)
Fronthandspring after kip up to handglide freeze
