Girlie, that's a contortionist move. If you are over 14, it is very, very hard to get your back that flexible. Unless you're missing the last vertebrae in your spine, like most contortionists.

If you really want to do this, stretch in the bridge every single day. As soon as you get comfortable, start walking your hands closer to your feet. Then, when you're comfy here, put your elbows on the floor. After this, start trying to look at your feet, while walking your forearms towards your feet. Eventually, when your head is almost touching your feet, try to relax and let your torso chill on the floor.

Painful, yes? This entire process could take up to a year. Your lower back will start hurting mad badly, and it will crack a LOT. Do NOT push yourself too hard, just stretch a little every day, or you will hurt your back muscles.

Good luck, and take it slow. Real slow.

I would start out by learning to do a standing back bend, or even one from the ground up. Laying on your back, keeping your hips on the ground, and turning your shoulders to either side is also a very good stretch for your lower back! And be sure to always stretch first so you don't get hurt!

Back arches. Just stand there with your back bent back for a while, lying on your stomach and touching your feet to your head, and that's all i can really think of.
