Position:Home>Dancing> How do I get better at doing headstands?

Question:I ask this question 2 times already but people keep telling me to go infront of a wall..
I ALREADY DO THAT!!
I BEEN DOING THAT FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS!!
I just can't get better.
When I do a headstand I lift up one leg real fast and then the other goes up and then Im on my head for about 4 seconds and then I start to tip over and I get scared,
How do I stop getting scared?
And when I fall over it makes alot of noise?
How do I land correctly.
And when I land I hurt myself.
How do I not get hurt?
Im getting tired of asking this question.

When you land, the first thing u should remember is to tuck and roll, that is tuck your head to your chest and roll forward. this is the most safe way to land and won't land you in the hospital w/ a broken neck. I hope this helps for when you fall!!

instead of getting better just film yourself with a plywood sheet supported over your head and then show people the film upside down.
