Girls tend to take longer to develop power moves.
But i'll roughly estimate these.

Windmill- Easy to learn if your flexible, and you can maintain to keep your legs straight. Took me about 1 week to ONE rotation. To do multiple rotations will take about one month +

Flare- This is mostly if you can swing your hips and maintain balance with your arms. Some strength is required. Roughly about 2 months to get down one or two rotations, and a year to get multiple.

Air Flare- Get handstands down, and 1990's. Takes about a year+

Headspring- Get really good at front handsprings, and you can do this on your first try. 2 weeks top.

Headspin- Keep back straight and lock your upper body. Legs should not go lower then your hips. Takes about one-year to get really good at this. Depends how dedicated you are.

Nike- Start with headstand nikes. Move on to handstand. Once your decent with handstands, this is easy.

Pike- Balancing skills only.

Turtle- Balancing skill, and learn to breathe. CONTROL BREATHING OR YOU WILL FAIL.

Elbow Spin- Some tip, start from headstand and try to go your elbow and push. You'll eventually get this down. But requires balance, try learning 1990's first to get the spinning

Chair Freeze- Balance skill, takes one month + to perfect it.

Other- To get down these moves, you must dedicated to do this multiple times.

For windmill, only do these for 5-10 minutes for practicing. And rest, then try again. If you tired you will get bad forms and your windmills will look ugly.
