What is this kind of dance called?

Question:im not sure if its a russian dance..but u get in partners of three and form a line and make a big circle with the other people and you go walk opposite clockwise of the circle then stop and form a circle with ur 2 other partners and walk left then right..i heard its a traditional dance somewhere...whats it kalled??or whats the song called that you do this dance to?
