Question:i stretch a lot but i just can't seem to get my toe touch high enough any suggestions?

if you do leg lifts... sit in a strattle position with your hand braced on each side of your right leg.. lift your leg about 3 to 6 in. off the ground you can repeat this 10 times. than repeat on the other leg. Once you get good at these you can keep your leg 6 in. off the ground and move your leg in a circle motion 10 times. These will help alot and get your jumps a lot higher they strengthen your hip flexors

u have to strengthen your legs. do lunges, thigh lifts and any other leg excersises. muscles are extremely important for jumping high. and continue streching, especially in straddle position...

1st of all just keep practicing them. N when you do your toe touches just think about your height and push your self. Also do a really dep plie before doing your toetouch.
