Question:well at the dance school i go to they do limbering class. this is where you just do loads of stretches and stuff like that. so before you just warm up your body and then it will help you become more flexible.

by doing yoga regularly

you must work on your flexibility daily. Stretching is the best way, but if u can find a yoga studio u like- yoga is awesome also. I do 20 mins of breathing and stretching every morning. Over time i have become much more flexible!
