Ice Castles

Not only a great film about ice skating but with a sweet love story plot. Sighted guy teaches blind girl to skate.

Ice Princess (2005)
The Skating Rink (1975)
Blades of Courage

Center Stage (2000)
Billy Elliot (2000)

White Nights (1985)

Ice Princess!!
i love it.
and maybe Save the Last Dance 1 & 2? i cant remember how much ballet there is in that tho. but still good. (Y)

All I can think of is Billy Elliot and Center Stage for ballet and Blades of Glory and Ice Princess for ice skating.

Center Stage!

"THE TURNING POINT", with Michael Baryshnikov is an oldie but BY FAR the best dance movie. :)
"Center Stage" and "The Company" are good recent ballet movies.
"White Nights" with Gregory Hines and Baryshnikov, and he does 11 PIROUETTES!

For ice skating, "The Cutting Edge" now has 3 versions, I think. The first one is my favorite by far.
Ice Castles, again, is an oldie but the best!
There's also one that's sort of a documentary, but sort of not, with Katya Gordeeva, centered on when her husband died. It's got skating in it, and is actually really good, but sad!
