Poses For Dance????

Question:I do a Hip-Hop dance class and i have a recital coming up i need two poses and the style of hip hop is kinda girly so ya i need two poses.

side splits with your hands flat on the floor in front of you push-up or if you want t more hip-hop jus have ur hands in the air
another one could be legs apart but not too wide relaxed arch back hands up in the air slightly bent! or your hip to one side one hand on the other side of your hip an one hand in the air!!!!!!!!!!
