this is what i would say:

ballet has taght me more than just to ALWAYS point my toes, and to keep a straight back. I've learned responsibitly, courage, and felxibility.
(tell about how it has made your life better, and when you get to flexibility- talk about being flexible in life.) when i dance, i feel that i can do anything. i can touch the sky, i can spread my wings and fly. when you get out on that stage, its like nothing you've expeirenced before. everytime is defferent. landing that triple axle, doing the near perfect leap. its amazing, the feeling that comes over you. (continue with it)
HOPE I HELPED!
good luck.

Tell the audience what you got out of taking ballet- such as flexibility, coordination, poise, grace, strength, and discipline. Then ellaborate on each thing. Research WHO takes ballet- ex: athletes do to increase their flexibility and coordination. Ballet helps with confidence because it gives you the chance to perform infront of others- and that confidence has helped you later on for such things as giving speeches! Think of the positive things you took away from dance and that should help!

Hi :D
You could tell a bit about which kind of thoughts that goes through you head, when you dance.
A bit about how flexible and strong you get, when you dance ballet.
Some about the steps and jumps, and you maybe you could also show something. Show the audience how difficult it is, but how graceful it looks.
And finally: Show them a pair of pointe shoes. Let them hold them, touch them and have a close look at them. It is a funny thing for non-dancers to look at.

Hope i helped :D
