Question:I'm 13 years old and I've been doing advanced gymnastics for 2 years. I can do a back handspring, front tuck ect. I can also do the splits and I'm pretty strong. I'm getting sort of bored of regular gymnastics so I need a change. What sport/hobby would be good for me. I was concidering rhythmic gymnastics, trampolining, or ballet. I can only do 2 things so what could I be good at and enjoy? Thanks!!:)

Dancing is great fun. You should try Ballet (because you are flexible) and have a go at jazz (and maybe tap). It is a great way to have fun and get fit!

i'm also 13 years old .my opinion is to do dance .i love it! it is great exercise and if your at a good studio it is allot of fun. you should try a hip hop class or tap class's there challenging however they are so fun to do.

If you're extremely flexible go with rhythmic gymnastics, but your still in the gymnastics zone. I have no idea what trampolining is, so I have no idea what to tell you there. I'm a ballet dancer, and if you want something challenging then go for ballet, but it's not going to be easy.

Try ballet and rhythmic gymnastics. Both go well together and im doing both and i love it so. Good luck! :D
