Position:Home>Dancing> Capezio Freedom Jazz Shoe?

Question:I'm not a dancer, but I need a good pair of jazz shoes for a musical that I'm in and for baton twirling. I found the Capezio shoe, but I need to know if this style is good for spins. The soles look like the ones on a regular old shoe to me...Would this style work well for me?

those shoes are more like hip hop shoes that are more fitted . . .
since they have more of a sneaker bottom, i would suggest instead:
~Adult Slip On Jazz Boot by Capezio
~"Flow" Jazz Shoe by Bloch
~“Gioflex?” Jazz Boot by Leo's

those are great for turns . . . to get them for a discount price, go to discountdance.com

hope this helps!

of course every person has there favorite shoe but if your looking for a turning shoe my best advice to you would be to do some turns and note where on your foot you put most of your weight then check the bottom of some shoes and compare the front sole to the area of yuor foot you turn on
