Question:Please dont give me a violation for this question or whatever you call it..
Anyway..
I see poplockers and they do the wave and then they bring it to the body(body wave) and then they bring it to the leg and bring up a little and then they start poppin out their crotch(repeatedly)
I can do it a little but is it a way I can get better?

The only thing besides practice that I can think of was maybe work your abs. I know when I Was in dance and we did body wave things, everyone really sucks at first, but practice in front of a mirror, and you will gradually get better.
