Question:is there an easy way to do the splits? i really want to learn how,when i was younger i did the middle split and now i can't do it anymore and the fron split.

Stretching everyday will be your best bet. Make sure that you are stretching when your muscles are warm. This might be after a workout or class, and it can also be after taking a shower when the warm water has losened your muscles. Be carful about trying to go right into the splits when you are cold or your muscles are stiff, such as right when you wake up. You should do some streches before the splits to get your muscles ready.

just streach a little more everyday

well if your problem is flexibility, stretch and stretch until you can finally get there. stretch before bed, when you wake up, and sometime mid-day.. just try to keep those muscles and tendons active and not so tense all the time. hope this helps!

Stretching helps a lot. Do lot's of hamstring excersises, and doing a butterfly will help. If you're a dancer ask your instructor for help.
