Question:ok well see last night and earlier in the day, i learned how to do some stuff, first i learned how to get back up from a back bend, and then i learned how to do a kick over from a back bend, but not i can't do either of those!!!!!!! what should i do!!!!

keep trying! sometimes you have more energy when you did it the first time, and you didn't when you tried again. you also may not be as stretched out. i'm sure you'll be able to do it again soon. good luck!

Keep trying! Practice makes perfect. It takes a while to get used to new moves.

Just DO IT, start the motion and let your mind take over

You probably need to stretch and try agin. If that doesn't work, relearn it and practice so much you can do it without thinking. Then, your body is used to it and will know it forever.

keep practicing and get a friend to help for safety--it's a really good act to learn....

perfect practice makes perfect. sometimes you get these little pumps of adrenaline and you can do stuff like that.... just keep up the practicing and you'll soon be able to get it.

I don't think you practiced enough with the person teaching you... Keep at it, you'll get it!

Perhaps you are weak from doing it earlier.

keep practicin!! Eventually you will be able to do it again! That happened to me when i was young. i could do monkey bars extremley well at the playgrond. then for a while i had a big fear of doin them so i couldnt. then i kept tryin and tryin and tryin again. then i could do em again just like that.. i think u just have a little fear, but workin on it the fear will eventaully go away! I guess you had taken some time from doing it. well, to get back into the game you're going to have to work harder. so just keep trying & trust that you'll get it. but after you get it this time, you should practice on and off so that you don't loose it....
