Can anyone explain the passion of dancing?

Stress release and sometimes you should just do it like nobody's watching.
I dance with my wife sometimes in the craziest way and we just love it...it's liberating.
A while ago, we were walking down the street in Buenos aires and we passed a music store, there was a slow song playing which was really nice. Despite the fact it was throwing down with rain, we just stopped and danced in the middle of the street. The people that did stop and look at us, looked in a manner that was very sweet rather than thinking we were just crazy.
If you have a good partner, you can just do it anywhere...be creative.

I think it starts with being rocked as a baby, we all tap our feet when we hear nice music. For some it goes further, natural rhythm etc. then you end up dancing....Great exercise.

It's a way to express yourself without words. No one can duplicate your dance, because it's YOURS. There is no limit to how far you can go. Like a metaphor for life, there is ups and downs, and but when you get it, it's perfect; you realize you are lucky just to be able to dance in the first place.

The passion of dancing is in itself. You dance to let go of your emotions, or hold them tightly.

I can't explain to you how much joy I get out of dancing. The thrill of walking into the studio and getting ready for class, warming up, putting energy and emotion into every tiny movement, trying to make everything perfect and beautiful, pouring sweat, pushing myself further than I've ever gone, and finally walking out of there soaked and exhausted but totally satisfied. It's amazing, and I could never stop. I'm hooked.

you cant explain it...you have to feel it...
when you feel the music your body just goes with it...
for some people(like me) dancing means much more than just moving your body and having fun....but wanting to do something out of it..making it important....it's like a second language, only not using words, but your body...expressing your feelings your emotions throughout your body...it may sound weird for some people but it doesnt for dance lovers...^^

dancing is a great passion like magic you can always excpress your feeling when dancing.when you are sad you can always do ballet or when you are happy and enthuseastic you can always do the salsa. the amazing thing is i am a 11 years old girl who has been dancing for half a year and already i can say this about the magic of dancing
