Stretching doesnt have to take time from anything. ive been on pointe for over two years. and i stretch my feet out wherever i am. i can do my stretches in school if i want. you dont have to put your shoes on only for the perpous of stretching your feet, not unless you're planning on practicing a routine with them.
what you do is straighten your legs out from under your chair or wherever you are and point your feet as far as you can until you can feel them starting to pinch, then relax your feet by flexing them back until the feeling is gone, then wait a couple seconds and do it again. or you can also flip your foot up as if you had your shoes on and push your foot forward. dont ever push down on your toes. that does not help your feet at all. push forward. you will feel it in the top and arch of your foot.
these stretches are easy, and you can do them anywhere.
or if you want, you could also have a friend help you too. sit on the floor and have the friend hold your feet as if you would do sit ups, then scoot your butt back till your legs are straight. the friend could keep hold of your feet to the floor, or they can allow our toes to raise off the floor, whatever feels best.
however you decide. do whichever you want. but everytime you stretch you should always allow yourself to be able to feel it. but dont hold it longer than what feels comfortable. then it will get easier to go farther, and hold it longer. and when you do go up onto pointe, always remember to keep your legs turned out and push your heels forward.
i hope this helped, and if you need anymore help, or any more questions just ask.
and if describing it doesnt help i could always email you pics of what it should look like.

Ex: Take your left foot and put it on pointe but keep your right foot straight (so your left knee is bent) then get your right leg and put your heel onto your left foot's arch. then push your heel into your arch, your left foot can roll over a little.

I hope this helps!!

you can do stretches like the person above me said or get a friend to push down on your feet a bit, but make sure your not sickling when they do this or else you could really hurt yourself. Another thing to help is strengthening the "arching" muscles under your feet. You can do this by using a theraband or even an old pair of tights as resistance as you point and flex your feet, rolling through the feet as you work.

All this could help or it could do nothing. A lot of what foot type you get is up to genetics. You can stretch and strengthen all you want but it still might do nothing.

put on your pointe shoes and find somewhere like a couch to put your toes under and try to stretch out your legs.

just always stretch you feet down when your sitting and get an exercise band or towel and put them around your feed and hold the two ends in your hands and pull while you try to push down your point

massage them or tape them up so they learn to stay up and flexible

I have the same problem, sumtimes i try to stretch that much i get cramp. Try to make your pointe shoes more flexible. put your toe on pointe then lean back stretching your shoes more. You could try pro arch, it is meant to help with your arch i have wanted to try it but it is expensive about £99.
