depends on which type of turn. usually when turning you have to know how to spot. forgive me, honey, I'm not sure what you know already so if I sound like I'm patronizing, I'm sorry. it's difficult to explain how to spot without showing you. the first step is to place a colorful dot or something that sticks out against the surrounding wall and is easy to see. turn toward it, keeping your eyes on it for as long as possible. once you get to about 180 degrees, though, your neck can't twist that far. at this point, snap your head around while you're still turning and get your eyes back on your colorful spot. it's tough at first, but you'll get the hang of it and it'll become second nature.

also, if you have trouble doing multiple turns, try pulling up and imagining a wire coming from the top of your head and pulling you up toward the ceiling. instead of focusing on getting around, focus on pulling your entire body and posture upwards and I guarantee you'll get around at LEAST 360 more degrees.

another problem you might have is weak ankles. try to strengthen those ankles by doing this: take a towel or sheet and put it under your feet. move it toward you by scrunching your toes, but not using your feet. this strengthens the core of the ankles, and not just the achilles tendon (these core muscles are very easily overlooked).

turns are a very mind-over-matter thing. if you think you can't get around, chances are you won't, and vice versa. however cliched it might sound, believe in your abilities and you'll be able to turn better.

Well, are you spotting?

If not then you need to focus on one plce while your turning (in the way that you are turning) and keep your eye on the spot the whole time an slash ur head whenever u have to turn

Also, mae sure you are in 1st position and take small baby steps.

Good Luck hope i helped :D

what type of turn is it? You gotta be specific. Well you should spott whatever turn your doing
