Music for Dance?!?

Question:I need to a choreograph a dance but dont know what music to put it to?! M dance has to be quite fast moving and action paced, any ideas?!

Can you please provide a bit more detail? What type of choreography do you have in mind? What dancing style? Ballet? Jazz? Musical style? Ballroom? Modern? Tap? Also, how many dancers are involved?

It's actually much easier to pick the music first and then choreograph, unless you know exactly what you want....

I recently choreographed a French CanCan to Jacques Offenbach's classic "Infernal Gallop" from Orpheus in the Underworld. It's fast-paced, full of jumps, cartwheels, walkovers and splits. I guess that qualifies as action, or?

we did a dance to that song and it was really fun!

You can do it to Fuego by Pitbull it is a really good hip-hop dance. I'm doing one this year and we win EVERYTHING! and if you wnt to do it old school you could do it to The Fresh Prince of BelAir by Will Smith. I also do a dance to that and it is REALLY FUN!
