*spot
*use the arm opposite the of the side you are doing to whip you around
*keep your extended leg's knee straight (locked if possible)
*point your toes
*use your ple-ay
*press your sholders down
*lift up throughyour chest

Spot!!
Spotting is technique used by dancers to stop yourself from getting dizzy. It is very useful when it comes to spins and traveling moves.

1.Find a spot directly in front of your starting position. It should be reasonably noticeable. It should also be at eye level (or slightly above). One thing you can do is take a brightly colored peice of paper and tape it on the wall

2.Focus on this spot as you begin your dance move. Never take your eyes off of your spot as you turn.

3.When you can no longer physically look at the spot, whip your head around as quickly as possible so that you can see the spot again.

Tips-
If you have long hair and you are performing a turn, it is probably best to tie it back into a bun. This will stop you getting whipped by your hair, which will make you lose your concentration while spotting.
The faster you spot, the less dizzy you will become

Hope I helped!! Gud Luck!!
